Applying for a Fellowship at CMKIProspective fellows must submit an application and visit the Christine M. Kleinert Institute in Louisville, Kentucky, USA for an interview. You may submit an application at any time. After we receive your application, we'll contact you to set up an interview.All applicants should submit the Fellowship Application form, which is available on this site. US and Canadian applicants should also apply through the NRMP Specialty Musculoskeletal Match (CMMP).
InterviewsGroup interviews for applicants interested in an ACGME fellowship starting July, 2011: January 22-23, 2010 and February 19-20, 2010.
Interviews are arranged after completing the requirements of the application process. Contact the
