Applying for a Fellowship at CMKIProspective fellows must submit an application and visit the Christine M. Kleinert Institute in Louisville, Kentucky, USA for an interview. After we receive your application, we'll contact you to set up an interview.All applicants should submit the Fellowship Application form, which is available on this site. US and Canadian applicants should also apply through the NRMP Specialty Musculoskeletal Match (CMMP).
